Low Carb Pancake!

Low Carb Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:
· 30g Cream Cheese
· 2pcs Egg
· 75g of Almond Flour
· 1/8 Tsp. Baking Soda
·Pinch of Himalayan Salt
· 1/2tsp-1tsp Stevia Sweetener

· Sugar Free Maple Syrup ( For Topping)
· 1 Cube Olive Olive Butter/Margarine (For Topping)

Method:
1.       Melt the Cream Cheese (20-30 seconds in the microwave)
2.       In a Big bowl / Mixing Bowl / Blender. Add all the ingredients and Blend / Whisk until smooth. Let batter sit at least 2 minutes.
3.       Hit a Teflon pan / Non-stick pin on medium heat. Spray/ brush the skillet with olive oil to avoid the batter to stick onto the pan.
4.       Pour at least 4-5tbsp/ ½ cup of skillet onto the pan.
5.       Once you see little bubble form, this is the best time for you to flip the pancake until each side is brown/ golden brown.
6.       Serve with Olive Oil Butter/ Maple Sugar free Syrup
